SUMMARY/PLOT:
The movie picks up after the events of Godzilla: King Of The Monsters .The movie follows the story of humans trying to find the origin and livings of the monsters and also to find a weapon to fight Godzilla as it attacks human due to unknow reasons .To find the solution to this humans use Kong who has a special bond with a human girl .Kong is transported out of the island which enrages the King of Monsters.
MY REVIEW:
The movie is the long awaited fight of the titans Kong and Godzilla which is based on Legendry’s Monster-Verse .
The Movie is Directed by Adam Wingard who is know for horror movies like The Guest and Blair Witch.
The movie continues on the intense story about the monster world . The world building and the story seem pretty fast paced in the beginning but it justifies all of it throughout the movie .The pacing the movie seems a bit inconsistent throughout but keeps you hooked to the screen .
The movie has great CGI actions sequences which are long and filled with action and drama .Each half of the movie has enough action sequences keeping us at the edge of our seats throughout. The movie has a great cinematography and visually stunning scenes with great colors which enhance the fight sequences and the visual quality of the movie greatly.
The movie carries few of the cast from the past movie like Millie Bobby Brown and Kyle Chandler along with introducing new characters played by Alexander Skarsgård ,Rebecca Hall ,Eiza González and many more who play their characters pretty well.
The movie as quiet good all over but fails to live up to the standards set by its predecessors .But overall its a good watch for the Monster-Verse fans .
